I have a question about my order! What should I do?
Feel free to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org any time. We'll do our best to get back to you ASAP. We try to answer all emails within 48 hours, but it might take a bit longer if we’re busy scraping Weetabix off the radiator, hiding from our kids in the toilet, etc.
Can I speak to someone - like an actual human being?
Yes, you absolutely can, but the best thing to do is to email us at email@example.com with your details. We will call you back as soon as we can, bearing in mind we are working parents, and therefore try to spend as much time lying down in a darkened room as possible.
How long is this all going to take?
Some items are printed on demand, so it could take 3-10 working days for dispatch. At peak times, this might be longer, so get those Christmas orders in early; perhaps at Easter, like our mums do. Maybe don’t leave it till December 23rd like us. Please note your items may arrive separately. And delivery is FREE within the UK!
But I really really want my stuff. How can I track it down, like Liam Neeson in Taken?
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is despatched, which, in combination with your very particular set of skills, you can use to trace your parcel.
What if I don't like my order? Can I return it?
Gah, it’s tricky, see… Most of our products are made and customised on demand. So we can’t resell them, and that means we can’t offer replacements or refunds - sorry. (Unless your product is damaged or faulty, of course. We’re not monsters.)
Top tip: please check the size guide before you order, cheers!
We can’t refund or replace items if you have just changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size or colour. The thing is, once a product has been customised, there’s no way for us to sell it on. We’re not like a high street shop, where they can resell stuff to other customers, innit? Sorry about that.
We do offer a refund or replacement for 30 days from purchase, only if your product is damaged or faulty.
Please send items back to us in the condition they were received - unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with the original packaging and tags, all that jazz. If you’ve bought something as a gift, please don’t bin the product tags till you’re sure it doesn’t need to be returned.
Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. This is in compliance with the relevant UK laws. Surely we can sort this out amongst ourselves, there’s no need to get the police involved.
Scummy Mummies Ltd will NOT pay postage on products or parcels being returned to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 10 working days, from delivery date to us, for your return to be processed. Once the return has been processed, all refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase. The refund may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns with the following information.
Your full name, address and postcode
Your order reference number
And the reason for the return or exchange.
We will then supply you with further instructions. Again, a bit like in Taken.
For your safety it is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.

You say you've posted my parcel. But it’s been a few days, it’s not here, and I’m going out of my MIND. What should I do?
We are a small company and we rely on our delivery company to deliver our products to you safely and securely. However, sometimes, somewhere, something can go wrong. If this is the case please email us at email@example.com and we will work with you to find a solution ASAP.
